Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship via USPS, with rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for Ground Advantage or 1–3 days for Priority Mail. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll help make it right. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages once USPS has possession, but we’ll guide you through the process.
